Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Dental Panda Prep Assistant?

The Dental Panda INBDE study prep assistant is a comprehensive study tool and dynamic practice question bank specifically designed for mastering the new Integrated National Board Dental Examination (INBDE).  It features over 1000 custom built questions and 80 high-yield chapters, all contained within 10 focused dental courses.

What makes Dental Panda stand out from the crowd?

Many study tools and examination simulators sell themselves on the number of questions in their question bank. These questions are often oversimplified adaptations from the now replaced National Board Dental Examination part I and II. The pandas have set out to completely rewrite our entire library to help you master the new Integrated National Board Dental Examination.

Does Dental Panda include photos and radiographs?

YES! Our pandas’ library includes hundreds of clinical photos, radiographs, graphs, tables, illustrations and more! All hand-picked and curated to make your preparation as efficient and pain free as possible.

Who created the Dental Panda resources?

This study tool was born out of the frustration of studying for the INBDE.  Current study aids seem to be either composed of old recycled Part II & II content, or tend to be very expensive! The Dental Panda study tool aims to be a fresh, comprehensive, affordable solution to effectively prepare for the Integrated National Board Dental Examination. For more about it’s genesis, see our ABOUT page.

How much does Dental Panda membership cost?

You can start using this study tool free of charge! Our complementary Panda Pro account will give you access to all our study modules, course content, curated study aids, progress tracker and more! To fully utilize the Dental Panda platform users will need a Panda Premium account.  There are three convenient payment options available. A month-month membership will permit you access to all content in our library for as long as you need it. There is no lock in contract and you are free to cancel any time! The 3 month bundle is our most popular option. Since the average examinee will take more than 30 days to prepare for the INBDE, this membership option will be sufficient for most students. The 3 month bundle is $59. For those who think they may take a little longer to prepare, the annual pass comes in at only $10/month. For more about pricing see our membership section.

What is the INBDE pass guarantee?

The pandas are so confident in their tool’s ability to help you prepare for the Integrated National Board Dental Examination that we’re sure you’ll be able to pass the INBDE on your first try. If you are enrolled in an accredited dental program, give preparation your best shot, but still fail to pass the INBDE, the pandas will refund your membership costs. For more about the INBDE pass guarantee, see our Terms and Conditions

If there is a problem, who do I contact?

Feel free to reach out to us any time! See our Contact page for more information, or send us an email at info@dentalpanda.net.

Any sneaky discounts available?

The pandas runs discounted promotions throughout the year, so check back in! Group discounts are also available upon request. If you would like information about group discounts, reach out on our Contact page, or send us an email at info@dentalpanda.net.

This section provides a comprehensive overview of the structures and conditions affecting the periodontium, which includes the gingiva, periodontal ligament, alveolar bone, and cementum. It covers the anatomy and health of these tissues, their role in supporting teeth, and the changes caused by periodontal diseases such as gingivitis and periodontitis. Additionally, the section delves into the microbiology of oral health, highlighting the bacterial profiles associated with healthy and diseased states, as well as the immune and inflammatory responses involved in periodontal conditions. With detailed descriptions of clinical features, classifications, and treatments, this content is designed to help dental students understand the complexities of periodontal health and disease.
